Privacy, friendly flatmates,weekly cleaner - all you have to do is clean up after yourself - the rest is taken care of.The room fits a queen-size bed, drawers and computer desk and has a built-in wardrobe. Set on the private side of the house, you get plenty of light from windows on two sides.The house is nice and secure, guarded by a diligent border collie and has full alarm monitoring.
We are down a long driveway so you have safe off-street parking, overlooked by neighbours.Expenses are $50 p/w including lawns, fair use of water, power, unlimited internet (VDSL), household cleaning products, loo paper, and a cleaner who comes every week to do the main areas.Considerate smokers are okay outside.
