We are three 22 year old's one couple and one single male. We are all pretty social and like to have a drink or five on the weekends, but we wouldn't consider ourselves a party house..more like BBQ's and chilled drinks!.We keep our house pretty clean and tidy but we are not neat freaks.We are all pretty into our fitness and sports. Two of us are uni students and the other is a full time worker.So we are looking for someone of similar age to us who is friendly and sociable and who is looking to get to know us.Room is a small double room in our 3 bedroom flat suitable for one person.
Rent is $140 pw per person including expenses.
**Pictures of room with the bed with Black bed frame are for small room, fits a queen sized bed and large dresser with quite a bit of room left to spare! also has double wardrobe.We would also consider taking in a couple into one of our bigger rooms and our single flattie would switch to the smaller room. Large room for couple only! Rent would be $250 per week for a couple including expenses ($125 pp per week)*Pictures of room with wooden bed frame is for the larger room. Contains double wardrobe, fits queen bed and dresser with tonnes of space left either side of bed - at least twice size of small room.Both rooms will be unfurnished!House is furnished but still room to add dining room table, work desk and/ or second lounge sets if you have furniture you need to bring with youExpenses included in the rent are: power, water, sky, internet and basic utilities.
