We are a young couple living at a new house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 sitting room and 1 family room. We are looking flatmate (a single or young couple) living with us.Both of us are working professionals.
Double room with bed and wardrobe is available for rent.
Single 180 per week, Couple 280 per week. with an equal share of expenses (electricity, water, and broadband).Rent could be negotiable. Bills would be extra.Need to give 2 weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance

Easy access to the city. Bus stop and train station are very close to the house.
City 20 min by car if traffic is ok.
Super Market , McDonald , KFC&restaurants are close.Cooking allowed at home.
Can drink sometimes, but no drunk!
